AR Insight User Agreement

Effective Date: September 15, 2025

Welcome to AR Insight app and related services (“the Service”). Please carefully read and understand this User Agreement (“this Agreement”) before registering, logging in, or using this Service. This Agreement is a legal contract between you (“User” or “You”) and AR Insight regarding your download, installation, registration, login, and use of the Service.

1. Acceptance and Amendment

By registering, logging in, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. AR Insight reserves the right to amend this Agreement as required. The amended Agreement will be published in the app and will take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.

2. User Registration and Account Security

You must provide accurate, true, and complete registration and contact information as required.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Any loss caused by your improper safekeeping shall be borne by yourself.
You shall not transfer, rent, lend, or gift your account to any other person without permission.

3. User Rights and Obligations

You have the right to use the Service according to this Agreement and enjoy the provided features.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, infringing, abusive, harassing, or spamming activities; you may not upload or publish any illegal, violent, pornographic, or fraudulent content.
You must comply with applicable laws, regulations, Internet norms, and the terms of this Agreement.

4. Rules of Service Use

You may not reverse engineer, decrypt, or decompile the Service.
You shall not use the Service to endanger network security, disrupt system operations, or interfere with other users.
Please immediately report any security vulnerabilities or anomalies to AR Insight.

5. Privacy Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. Without your consent, we will not disclose, sell, or unlawfully provide your personal information to third parties except as required by law or as stipulated in our Privacy Policy.

6. Modification, Suspension, and Termination

AR Insight may adjust, upgrade, suspend, or terminate the Service from time to time. AR Insight is not liable for interruptions or termination due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure. If you violate this Agreement, AR Insight may suspend or terminate some or all services without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer

AR Insight will not be liable for any interruption, data loss, or breach caused by third parties, your own actions, or force majeure. You understand and agree AR Insight does not guarantee uninterrupted Service in case of network or device issues.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and related content (including but not limited to software, technology, interfaces, trademarks, and logos) are protected by law. All intellectual property belongs to AR Insight or respective right holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use for commercial purposes without authorization.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute, both parties shall attempt to resolve it through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a court with jurisdiction where AR Insight is located.

11. Miscellaneous

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. The right of interpretation and modification of this Agreement belongs to AR Insight.
